Parts orders will be shipped the same day or the next business day if all items are in stock.
If a part shows "Pre-Order: or when particular models run low on inventory. Usually ships within 8 days" it may take up to 7 days for the part to come in to stock at our warehouse.
If any item is not in stock we will hold the entire order to ship complete when the part comes back into stock. We automatically provide tracking numbers by email once your order is shipped.
Order Status and Confirmation:
We accept Cash on Delivery system (COD) is only possible for order spare parts and deliveries into Indonesian area, Singapore and Brunei Darussalam.
For engine parts and accessories items are shipped out within 1 business day of receiving the order, not including custom panels and custom switch covers. Custom panels and custom switch covers ship within 6-12 business days. We package your products securely, in order to keep them in good condition.
An email confirmation is sent to you when the order is shipped. The email will include information and instructions on how you can track the shipment of your order online. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 48 hours (2 business days) of your order (allow longer if your order place on a Friday or weekend), please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to respond to your request right away.
We respectfully request that cancellations be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
Domestic packages are shipping using the Indonesian Post, JNE, DHL, EMS, FedEx.
For first class & standard shipping Please allow 3-5 business days for your package to arrive.
For priority mail please allow 1-3 business days for your package to arrive.
We do ship internationally. Transit time is 3 to 14 days depending on your location. Please contact us prior to placing your order for expedited delivery options. If you wish to have products shipped using an alternate method please feel free to call us and make arrangements.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. If charged, these charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Our shipping charges are determined by the weight & size dimensions of your orders/ purchased items, the distance between our warehouse and your shipping address, and how quickly you request the package be delivered (i.e. Ground vs 2Day vs Next Day, etc.)

We do not charge taxes (No Sales Tax) to our customers. Every country has its own import and tax laws and sometimes customers get charged tax for their shipments. customers should contact your local customs office for further information.
These charges (if any) are SEPARATE from OutboardPrice.com are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes levied on your purchases.
Those charges are the responsibility of the customer and are charges from their local government.
If you would like to undervalue of your purchases to avoid the costly taxes, you may e-mail to us. (Under no circumstances will we falsify or undervalue export or declared value documents.)
Customers may combine items into one package, and calculate the shipping cost based on the weight of the package.
Items must be purchased together for combined shipping or before the shipment is processed, and items do not need to be the same.
We offer discount for multiple items purchased within 7 days to get a special discount for specific product or free shipping for a certain quantity to various countries.

Damaged Item - Shipping Damage:
We takes every precaution to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. Unfortunately, even carefully packaged goods are occasionally damaged in transit. If the package you receive appears damaged or if you find damaged items upon opening your package, please notify us of any damage claims within 5 days of receiving your delivery at email@example.com. It is important that you retain all of the original packaging materials with the damaged item in order to process a claim. Damage claims received beyond 5 days of receiving your delivery will not be the responsibility of us.
Delivery of some large and oversized items necessitate freight delivery. It is imperative that you inspect freight deliveries thoroughly when they arrive. Customer or purchaser responsibility to note any damages, take the time to note any and all damage to the packaging materials and items on the delivery receipt. DO NOT sign any shipping or delivery receipts without recording in detail any visible damage. Examples of delivery damage could include but are not limited to a crushed, punctured or damp box, a scratched, gouged, dented, cracked or torn.
We cannot be held responsible and will be unable to assist you in repair or replacement of damaged item via freight delivery if the package and product is not thoroughly inspected and documented at the time of delivery arrived.
Upon inspection of the delivery, if you find that your item orders is damaged during shipment, you may choose to refuse the delivery or please save the item, the box and all packing material. Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will take the next step in filing a damage claim with the carrier / shipping company. You may allow courier company representative access to inspect the damaged items and packaging before an adjustment can be made.

We ship from warehouse locations throughout the Indonesia, Singapore and Japan depending on the parts ordered, where we have then in stock and the delivery destination.
